Artistry Hair & Cosmetic Lounge operates in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) and is committed to delivering services with the highest standard of care, skill, and professionalism.
We are dedicated to ensuring a premium client experience and will assess and respond to any concerns in line with our legal obligations and salon standards.
Before booking or purchasing please read through our policies below

All services are provided following a thorough consultation and performed to a professional standard.
Artistry Hair & Cosmetic Lounge does not provide refunds for hair services.
Should you have any concerns regarding your service, we kindly request that you notify the salon within 7 days of your appointment. Where appropriate, we will offer a complimentary service adjustment to refine or correct the original result.

Adjustments are intended to address concerns relating to the original agreed service outcome, not to facilitate a change in style, colour direction, or personal preference after the service has been completed
Wherever possible, the original stylist will carry out the adjustment
Adjustments must be scheduled within a reasonable timeframe
Any additional services outside the scope of the original appointment may incur an additional charge
This policy does not exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Retail products are covered under the consumer guarantees set out in the ACL.
We will provide a refund, exchange, or replacement where a product:
Is faulty or defective.
Is not of acceptable quality.
Does not match its description.
For change-of-mind returns:
Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Products must be unused.
Proof of purchase is required.

All refund requests must be supported by valid proof of purchase.
Requests will be reviewed by management on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds will only be issued where required under the Australian Consumer Law, or at the discretion of management in exceptional circumstances.

All concerns must be raised within a reasonable timeframe.
The salon reserves the right to inspect, assess, and determine the appropriate resolution for all claims.
This policy does not exclude, restrict, or modify any rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
